Tip

Exostar offers Certification Assistant purchases via the web store, prior to registering for an Exostar's Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account. Please follow the steps below to complete your purchase. Ensure you review the Welcome Email in its entirety once you successfully complete a purchase.

Complete License Key Purchase

To complete a Certification License Key purchase via Exostar's web store:

Step 1.  Navigate to Exostar's web store at ADD LINK.

Step 2.  Select the desired option. Click Next.    

Step 3.  Input your information in the fields provided. Click Next.

NOTE:  There are options in input a Voucher Code as well as a Promotion Code.

Step 4.  Input payment information. Click Next to receive a purchase confirmation screen.


NOTE:  If you select the Invoice option, you will not receive your license key until Exostar receives full payment.


Once you successfully complete your purchase, the system sends a Welcome Email, providing your license key, which is required for activation, as well as additional instructions on completing the process.


Activate License Key

Once you successfully complete you purchase, and Exostar receives full payment, the system sends a Welcome email containing the license key needed to activate your purchase. You must obtain an Exostar's Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account in order to activate your purchase. Please see the Certification Assistant Lite page, Certification Assistant Standard page or Certification Assistant Premium page for additional instructions on account set-up and application access.


Please follow the steps below:

Step 1.  Locate the Welcome Email and copy the License Key provided.

Step 2.  Login to your MAG user account and access the Certification Assistant application. 

Step 3.  Select Product Activation from the user menu, located in the upper, right corner of the Certification Assistant dashboard.

Step 4.  Enter your license key in the field provided. Click Continue to update your access.

A confirmation displays and you can access the updated purchase.
