No MAG Account
Step 1. Click here to register your organization for an Exostar's Managed Access Gateway (MAG) Platform. Select SourcePass on the Products & Services page.
Step 2. After you submit your registration, Exostar reviews within 72 business hours. If your registration is approved, you then receive an automated email with login credentials and instructions.
Organization Subscribed to MAG, No User ID
Step 1. Click here to complete a user registration request.
Step 2. You need your Exostar Organization ID to complete the user registration. If you do not know your Organization ID, please ask any MAG user in your organization to log in to MAG and click the My Account tab. The Organization ID displays on the next screen.
Step 3. After you submit your user registration, a MAG administrator for your organization needs to approve your request.
Step 4. After your request is approved, you receive an automated email with log in credentials and instructions.
MAG Account, Not Subscribed to SourcePass
Step 1. Go to the Home tab in the Managed Access Gateway (MAG) Platform, and click the Request Access link located next to SourcePass.
Step 2. If you do not see SourcePass under the Home tab, one of your MAG organization administrators needs to request access to the application before you can continue. To request access:
An organization administrator needs to go to the Administration tab in Exostar's MAG Platform.
Click the Subscribe to Application sub-tab, and click the Subscribe to Application button located next to SourcePass. The request is approved or denied by Exostar within 72 business hours.
Step 3. After you submit your access request, a MAG administrator for your organization (with SourcePass administration privileges) needs to authorize your request.
Step 4. After your request is authorized, you should have access to SourcePass within 20 minutes.
