Acquiring MAG and SS2P Account
How does my company get an Exostar's Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account and access to Secure Source-to-Pay (SS2P)?
In order to access Secure Source-to-Pay, your company must receive an invitation from a buying organization. If your company has not received an invitation, you will need to work with your Buyer Contact.
Have access to MAG account but not SS2P
My company has an Exostar Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account but does not have access to Secure Source-to-Pay. What are our next steps?
In order to access Secure Source-to-Pay, your company must receive an invitation from a buying organization. If your company has received an invitation, please ensure that someone within your company has completed it. If you are unsure if someone from your company has received an invitation or have confirmed that the invitation has been completed and Secure Source-to-Pay is not available for your company’s MAG account our dynamic Tier I Support Team can provide assistance.
Getting individual access to MAG account
My company has an Exostar Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account and has access to Secure Source-to-Pay. However, I do not have access. How can I get access?
If your company is subscribed to Secure Source-to-Pay, you will need a MAG user account to access your company’s account to gain access to Secure Source-to-Pay Please work with your company’s MAG Organization Administrator to have an account created for you. Part of the Organization Administrator’s responsibility is to manage the Exostar MAG account for your company. This means that they can create a user ID for you and request that your account have access to Secure Source-to-Pay. If you do not know who your MAG Organization Administrator is, please contact Exostar Tier I Support for assistance.
