Available Subscriptions

Exostar currently offers the following types of ProviderPass subscriptions:

One-Year Subscription

  • Subscription period is twelve months plus one extra month of grace period totaling thirteen months.
  • Exostar will provide one replacement Hardware OTP token in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged token.


One-Year Subscription, One Spare Hardware OTP Token

  • Exostar will provide one spare Hardware OTP token.
  • Exostar will provide one replacement Hardware OTP token in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged token.


Two-Year Subscription

  • Exostar will provide one replacement Hardware OTP token in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged token.
  • Two year subscription of ProviderPass plus one spare Hardware OTP token:
  • Subscription period is twenty-four months plus one extra month of grace period totaling of twenty-five months.
  • Exostar will provide one spare Hardware OTP token.
  • Exostar will provide one replacement Hardware OTP token in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged token.


Three-Year Subscription

  • Exostar will provide one replacement Hardware OTP token in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged token.


Three-Year Subscription, One Spare Hardware OTP Token

Spare Hardware OTP token(s)

  • Keep a spare Hardware OTP token on-hand in the case your token has been lost, stolen, or damaged to continue prescribing and signing controlled substances electronically.
  • Spare tokens can only bound to accounts with an active subscription.


Complete Purchase

To purchase your subscription, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1.  Login to your EHR system and follow the instructions to be re-directed to the Exostar Web store.

Step 2.  Choose a subscription package and fill out the required information (required information has an asterisk next to it).

Step 3.  Once you make your selection, click Add to Cart.

Step 4.  Review your order and click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 5.  At this point, you are asked to register for a new account or sign in to an existing account. If you have not ordered from Exostar web store before, please click Continue under New Exostar Web Store Customer and follow the prompts to set-up your account. If you ordered from the web store previously, enter your email address and password and click Continue.

  • During the purchase, you will be presented with the shipping address that the token will be shipped to. If during purchase you create a Webstore account and list a different address, the token will still be shipped to the original address.
  • If you have to purchase several subscriptions for your organization, and they have different addresses, please add subscriptions to your cart individually. After each subscription, click the Continue Shopping button to add the next subscription. Once all subscriptions are added, click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Once we receive and process your order for multiple subscriptions, you will receive multiple emails, with a unique license keys for each location.  

Step 6.  On the Payment Information page, select your payment method (credit card or invoice). Your sales order will be processed only after your payment is received.

  1. Click Credit Card option, next to the payment terms, fill in the required credit card information and click Continue.
  2. You are prompted to Review and Submit Your Order.
  3. After you review your shopping cart, please read the disclaimer and if you agree with the disclaimer, check the box for I have read and acknowledged the following Disclaimer prior to purchase.
  4. If your order is correct and complete, please click Submit Order.
  5. Once your order has been submitted a confirmation page displays.

  • Click the Invoice option, next to payment terms
  • On the Review and Submit Your Order page, please read the disclaimer and if you agree with the disclaimer, check the box for I have read and acknowledged the following Disclaimer prior to purchase
  • If your order is correct and complete, please click Submit Order.  
  • Once your order is submitted a confirmation page displays.
  • You receive an invoice email. You may pay your invoice by credit card.  Paying by credit card speeds up your order so that you may sign prescriptions, faster.
