MAG 6.12 Release - August 2019
We are pleased to announce that Exostar's Managed Access Gateway (MAG) was upgraded to Version 6.12 on August 9, 2019. Updates and enhancements include the following:
CAC users can now edit email address.
Step 1. Log into your MAG account as a CAC user.
Step 2. Navigate to the My Account tab, and click Modify Email.
Step 3. After the submission, receive an email with the activation code and instructions to activate the new email.
SP Admins can resend provisioning records.
If a user or company was provisioned access to an application by Exostar and the provisioning invite failed, SP admins now can resend the provisioning record without contacting Exostar. Follow the steps below to resend the provisioning record:
Step 1. Log into your MAG account.
Step 2. Navigate to the Provider Administration tab, and click the hyperlinked ID under View Users or View Organizations.
Step 3. Select the application, and resend the record by clicking Resend or Force Resend. Resend only works if there was a change from the previous record. Force Resend re-sends the record regardless of whether or not a change happened.
Updated the error message that users are receiving when their certificate or 3rd party credentials are associated with a different account.
Updated the confirmation message that users are receiving after they link the 3rd party credentials.
Organization User Details Report is moved to SSRS tool.
