LM eInvoicing Overview

Welcome to the LM eInvoicing Self-help dashboard. This application is used to provide fast and accurate invoice submission, viewable purchase orders, submit credit memos, view invoice status and view payment details. Other features include the ability to retrieve a Paid and Unpaid Invoice Status report and the ability to view self-help documents or create a ticket to the Lockheed Martin Procure to Pay (LMP2P) Help Desk for assistance.

Electronic invoicing eliminates costly paper processing expenses, reduces rework and facilitates timely and efficient invoice payment. Invoice disputes are reduced, and Lockheed Martin Procure to Pay (LMP2P) processes are streamlined. By implementing electronic invoicing, Lockheed Martin is improving its business practices to better serve its customers and suppliers.

Application Administrators are responsible for managing user access roles:

  1.  View Only Access – Does not require a two-factor authentication (2FA) credential. Allows user to view data only.
  2.  Full Access – Requires a two-factor authentication (2FA) credential. Allows user to create, edit and view invoices and view purchase orders.
