Please follow the instructions below to purchase a Phone One-Time Password (OTP) without Proofing credential, activate your credential, and register your phone in MAG. Please see the OTP page for additional information on the credentialing process.
Step 1. Purchase
To access Partner Information Manager (PIM), a Phone-Based One Time Password (OTP) without proofing credential is required. To complete a purchase:
Step 1. Go to http://www4.exostar.com/?whence=. Select Customer Login from the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Step 2. If you are a returning customer, enter your Email Address and Web Store Password in the fields provided. Click Continue to proceed with your purchase.
Step 3. If you are a new customer, select the New customer? Click here link. Complete the Exostar Web Store Company Registration page. Click Continue to proceed with your purchase.
NOTE: To manage your web store account, select the My Account tab on the web store home page.
Step 4. From https://www4.exostar.com/sms_otp, select the relevant Partner from the drop down provided.
Step 5. Choose the desired product and click Add to Cart.
Step 6. Review your Shopping Cart for accuracy and click the Proceed to Checkout button.
Step 7. On the Payment Information page, select to pay via credit card or invoice. Fill out all required information. Click Continue.
NOTE: The invoice option requires you complete payment before receiving any product.
Step 8. On the Review and Submit Your Order page, click the Disclaimer link and review the information. Once you complete your review, select the checkbox next to I have read and acknowledged the following Disclaimer prior to purchase.
Step 9. Click Submit Order.
NOTE: A confirmation page displays, providing your Sales Order Number (SO#####).
Step 2. Activate
Once you complete your credential purchase, and receive your license key, you must activate your credential in MAG. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Log into your MAG account with your username and password.
Step 2. From the My Account tab, select the Manage OTP sub-tab.
Step 3. Optionally, click Test Phone to verify your mobile telephone or land-line telephone is able to receive messages. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete phone testing.
Step 4. From the Manage OTP page, check the Purchase or Register Credentials link.
Step 5. The Let’s Get Credentialed page displays. Review the information. Click Continue.
Step 6. Your list of applications and recommended credentials displays. Since you completed a purchase, click the I do not need to purchase a credential link.
Step 7. Enter the license key you received via email in the License Key field. Click Activate.
Step 8. Confirm your profile and select your country from the dropdown. Click Next.
Step 9. Click the Activate button to conclude this process.
Step 3. Register
To register your credential:
Step 1. If you are completing a new organization registration and need to activate credentials, click Continue from the Let’s Get Credentialed page. If you have an existing MAG account, go to My Account and click Manage OTP. Click Purchase or Register Credentials.
Step 2. You are registering a Phone OTP credential. From the Let’s Get Credentialed page, select Get/Activate Credentials radio button, click Continue.
Step 3. Click Continue again.
Step 4. Confirm your name information and select your country from the drop down menu. Click Next.
Step 5. Click the Activate button.
Step 6. On the Register Your Phone page, select Text Capable or Voice Only, Country, and enter your phone number. Click Register.
Step 7. Enter the code you receive on your phone into the Verification field provided on the screen. Click Continue.
A confirmation screen displays and you can access PIM.
